A young couple has just been married by an Elvis impersonator. The father of the bride walks behind his daughter and his new son in law as they pass fake Egyptian pyramids, Roman palaces, pirate ship casinos, artificial volcanoes and the strange landscape that is Las Vegas. He should be happy for his daughter, but all he can think about is the fragile impermanence of love.
