Phil Harrignton and his cat Charlie decided to move to Noir City. On their first night, they went to a seedy downtown bar and over drinks talked about what to do in this new place. Yes, they were self proclaimed geniuses. Yes, they were strangers to fear. Yes, they were drunk, but on that night they realized their true purpose. When they left the bar, Phil and Charlie were confronted by a robber. “Give me all your money or I’ll kill you and your mangy cat.” said the robber. Fueled by the insult and three whiskey sours, Charlie the cat went for the eyes of the mugger. After the police showed up, one of them said, we need more like you two. Phil and his cat Charlie walked to their new home that night knowing they had found their calling. They were Noir City’s newest crime fighters.
