They went undercover as clowns because every crime lord has one weakness, their kid’s birthday party. On the party circuit they were known as Floppy Joe and Bosco, which oddly enough is what they were called at the station before they ever went undercover. Their first cases were hardly successful as many a criminal seemed not to be intimidated by a gun made from a balloon.
