It was a typical parent teacher meeting at Horace Mann Middle School. The usual parents attempted to dominate the discussion with their talks of gluten free lunches and bake sales. Things got pretty heated until a thirteen year old kid from the audio visual department accidentally pressed a button that played Get On The Good Foot by James Brown over the auditorium sound system. At that moment, everyone spontaneously got up and danced in the isles. Not much was accomplished that night, but they did manage to vote Thursdays school cafeteria lunch would be serving funky chicken. Yes, and that funky chicken would indeed be free range.
