VENUS AND THE MAN IN THE MOON

One night, the Man in the Moon and Venus crossed paths. There was a definite attraction and each complemented the other on how great they looked among the stars. The Moon said to Venus that it must be sad people occasionally mistook her for a flying saucer. Venus was taken aback by this and said that at least it was better than always being in the earth’s shadow.  There was a long silence and they slowly drifted apart in the night sky.
